Julio is tied to a ladder. Hannibal is tearing the foil around the guy`s face tighter and tighter so the greedy banker hardly can breath. Then he takes his belt and gives him a good caning with it. He drags him to the chair and ties him well. Time to cut the expensive suit. Hannibal want`s to scare his prisoner by setting fire to Julio`s clothes.
